As your health coach, I’ll work with you in a six-month program over the phone or in person (local NYC). Your personalized program includes dietary advice, but you’ll never have to count calories or cut out foods that you love! During your program, you will set and reach your health goals one step at a time. You’ll try new foods, reduce cravings, improve your energy, boost immunity, and improve personal relationships.

In addition, I don't need my old addictions (sweets and sodas) like I used to. Part of the change is from making healthier substitutions, but part of it is from being more aware of my mood. I usually resort to sweets when I'm stressed or bored, and knowing that has helped me resist temptation and find other ways to satisfy the craving."
