Infinite Differences

I am not one thing. You are not one thing.

I am soft. I am also strong. 

I’m technical and creative.

I’m introverted and extroverted. 

I used to be super shy. Now, not so much. 

People are complicated. There are different sides to every story.

There are people who are both philanthropist and crook. Loving father and pedophile. People who can victimize one person while saving another in the same week.

Resist the urge to box yourself or everyone else in to being only one personality trait that’s comfortable to believe. 

We’re all more complicated and more dynamic than we think. 

It doesn’t mean we should excuse hatred or violence. It also doesn’t mean that everyone has a dark, bad side. It just means there is more to understand in all of us. 

Be patient. Be curious.
